As skilled professionals, we are able to come along side your staff and help them learn the basics of event planning and implementation.  We can guide them through the process so that they develop acumen for the next event.

Realistically, some people are not geared to manage both strategy and detail.  As professional meeting planners, we will be there to assist your staff as they learn and also provide you with an honest assessment of their abilities in the area of meeting planning.

Training is customized to meet the needs of the organization as well as the individual(s).

CONSULTING

Whether you are looking to spend one day developing an overall picture for a 3-5-10 year strategy, needing to re-work your business processes such as database management, creating and implementing more effective marketing campaigns, reviewing operations that continuously eat away at your workforce productivity, or looking to create new paradigms that challenge the status quo, we work with you to tackle your biggest challenge.

Our goal is to help determine what is not effective and identify new options for moving the business goals forward. We provide a fresh perspective and ask questions to inspire a different thought process to act in new ways not thought of before.

Through teleconferences, in person visits, individual or team meetings, we leverage time spent to achieve the greatest results.

Our method involves an initial consultation to determine your needs and assess our ability to provide solutions.  After the initial consultation (typically 30-45 min), we circle back with a recommendation for next steps.  Since each client has unique needs and situations, our recommendations vary.
